SP1

Gents, My SP1 is now mot'd and on the road and it's awsome! Alastair, I took your advice with the classic insurance (they wanted nearly £500 for just the SP1) so I bought a '78 CB 750 FZ which cost me 100 quid, it's a bag-o-shite but complete and I can keep my classic insurance. Thanks for everyone...

With George Best wishing to be an organ doner I'm thinking of asking for his eyes. I'll get them inserted into my arse so I can watch for the boys in blue. Pre ban I could insure the SP1 for £150 if I joined the Honda owners club. I've been trying to attatch an image all afternoon. In the preview t...

NS For Sale

Sadly I have decided to sell my NS. I have the chance of a cheap SP1 so I think it's time for a change. The last 4 stroke I had was an SS50 so I should be in for interesting times (whats engine braking?).
The NS is in the trader for £1450 ono if anyones interested please PM me.

I already had 3 points (81mph on the motorway). The magistrate (although I pleaded my job) said that at 40mph over the limit he had no option but to ban me. I'm quite relieved I didn't get a longer ban. I told our personnel manager I may be getting a ban. She said she got stopped on the M62 doing 11...

Ride it like a.........Granny- from now on

A few months ago I mentioned getting stopped for speeding. 111.3 mph at 11.30pm on the M1 got me a 3 week ban and 300 quid :( :( :( :(

Hi all,
we will be in the middle of a shutdown at work so it'll be hard for me to get time off. I'll keep my options open at the moment and if possible join the ride wherever.

Great to see we all got home safely after a brilliant days riding, the most I've done in a long time and I'm a bit sadle sore (but not as much as the time it took 3 1/2 hours to get 70 wet and windy miles home from Bridlington on my DT50) Me and Simon on the Gixxer thought the Cat and Fiddle was fan...

Mines all back together except for the plastic. This should be back for fri 8th of april. If not I'll put my spare set on with a load of duck tape. I shall be out tonight or tomorrow morning checking the jetting/mixture. I've removed all the wadding from inside the exhausts and fitted race cans and ...

Hi Andy, The spring can be compressed using a car spring compressor. I have a mate who is a mechanic. It's not ideal but with the use of a big socket over the top mount it can be safely done. (Much safer than my first attempt with a black and decker workmate some wire and some ty-wraps) The damper i...

I've cut my standard pipes and removed the wadding that was inside. I have also bought some race stingers. Once I have it all back together I will try to get it dyno'd. I need to to check the jetting also. Alastair, most of the frame is built up. Rest of the ancillaries should be back on this weeken...
